Surviving on what she can find, Pip travels with a ragtag circus of talented scavengers in the slums of an industrial mega city. With her most valuable possession, a steel bow she stole from a parts market, she hits targets with incredible accuracy. All the while, she acrobatically propels herself through the air with a homemade jet-pack built from stray parts in her self-constructed act, "Pip, The Amazing Aviator". Like a true showman, she adds excitement, flair, and danger into her performances that get her into trouble with the police who have records of her rebel circus family.
